The short, collage-type documentary that deals with the loose ends of the 1990s war has been selected in Kino Balkan Today program of the 16th Winterthur International Short Film Festival.
Three by Goran Dević has been selected in Kino Balkan Today program of the 16th Winterthur International Short Film Festival (Internationalen Kurzfilmtage Winterthur), taking place from 6-11 November 2012.
Three is a short documentary collage that tackles with the loose ends of the 1990s war in former Yugoslavia. The film was shot from the passenger seats of the cars of three war veterans – a Serb, a Croat and a Bosniak. They share their war experience and their memories. The film has already been shown at some fifteen festivals in the world. It won Special Mention for Documentary Film at Dokufest 2009.
This year's side program of Winterthur Film Festival is focused on the short films from former Yugoslavia. The former Yugoslav countries are represented with a selection of fiction, animated, documentary and experimental films.
