At the award ceremony held on 3 October in Utrecht, the editor of the film 'Happily Ever After' Boudewijn Koole won the Dutch national award the Golden Calf.
The Golden Calf for best editing at the 34th Netherlands Film Festival, just like the recent 12th Liburnia Film Festival, went to Dutch editor Boudewijn Koole for his work on the film Happily Ever After, directed by Tatjana Božić.
The Golden Calf is the award presented by the prestigious Netherlands Film Festival since 1981 in Utrecht.
The best feature documentary film award went to Ne me quitte pas (2013, Sabbine Lubbe Bakker and Niels van Koevorden), a story about the unusual friendship between two alcoholics, which also won the jury award at ZagrebDox 2014.
