Appearance at the World Premieres Film festival was also the Asian premiere of the multiple award winning documentary by Tiha K. Gudac.
The film Naked Island won the Best Intercontinental Film Award, presented to the finest documentary film at the World Premieres Film Festival, taking place from 24 June to 7 July in the Philippines.
Tiha K. Gudac’s debut film was selected for Euroview section, and the Philippine screening is also the film’s Asian premiere.
The prizes won so far include the Heart of Sarajevo for best documentary film at Sarajevo Film Festival, CEI Award at Trieste International Film Festival, and the main award at the Ljubljana Documentary Film Festival.
World Premieres Film Festival (WPFF) is dedicated to discovering talented young directors and debut filmmakers from all over the world.
