Music is everywhere, even where there is nothing.

Rijeka's Impulse Festival is a multi-day boutique festival dedicated to promoting urban culture, with a special emphasis on music. Through numerous events that include concerts, film screenings, fine arts, dance, critical reviews, forums and workshops, the festival explores music through various art forms and media. The goal is to encourage new and different perspectives on music, as well as concert and club culture. The festival's slogan "Music is everywhere" simply but powerfully reflects this approach. 

And how much music is everywhere is best known to our Lidija Špegar and her film Underground top lista. Following musicians across Croatia, the film shows the diversity of funeral practices, as well as the musical genres that accompany them. The Rijeka premiere as part of the Impulse Festival was attended by director Špegar, and after the screening there were many questions and answers. Exactly how filmmakers like it best!
